See the illustration here for a visual user guide! When you pick up the paint brush at the base, you'll see a rainbow loading up. When you're moving the brush around at first, the rainbow will keep restarting to give you a few seconds to move to the area you want to start painting at. Move your brush to the desired spot, hold and when the rainbow loads to the top, paint will start flowing out. If you make a mistake, tap "unscrub" to turn your paintbrush into an eraser.
When you're resizing or moving assets like hardware around your canvas, there should not be a response delay. If you experience a delay, please completely exit out of the app and open it again to restart it. The app will respond more slowly if you're not connected to a fast, reliable internet source. The most likely cause is that the image is too large or is an unsupported file type. Please take a screenshot of the image and upload the screenshot version instead. If this doesn't resolve the issue, please send an email to email@example.com and we'll help you!
The reload event occurs when our app is having trouble connecting to a fast, reliable internet or data source. Please completely exit out of the app, ensure you're connected to a strong internet or data source and then reopen the app. Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org if this does not resolve the issue and we'd be happy to assist you further.
Download the mobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play and log in with the same account credentials you're using now. All your existing projects and assets will be there when you log in. We're here if you need help or have questions, just send an email to email@example.com
Currently, the Bristles app works on mobile touchscreen devices including smartphones and iPads/tablets. Works best in portrait orientation, not landscape. The current version cannot be used on laptop or desktop computers. A desktop/laptop version will be released in the future. All Bristles customers with active subscriptions will be able to access the desktop version once released with their current Bristles accounts.
