If needed, we can even send you a screen recording tutorial for your use case or we'll send you a link to schedule a 1:1 help session via Zoom.

Unlock a 7-day free trial by downloading our app and creating an account. Subscription plans cost $3.99 USD per month for an annual plan and $7.99 USD per month for a monthly plan.

Please note variation in our app's pricing across countries is due to app store adjustments based on local taxes, currency exchange rates, and additional economic factors. 

Our app leverages advanced AI models which require substantial computational resources for development and delivery to users. We do offer 7-day free trials so that you have a chance to try out our features before deciding to commit to a subscription plan. App subscriptions make it possible for our team to offer powerhouse design tools optimized for furniture refinishing, DIY projects, and home improvement design to Bristles subscribers. See the illustration here for a visual user guide! When you pick up the paint brush at the base, you'll see a rainbow loading up. When you're moving the brush around at first, the rainbow will keep restarting to give you a few seconds to move to the area you want to start painting at. Move your brush to the desired spot, hold and when the rainbow loads to the top, paint will start flowing out. If you make a mistake, tap "unscrub" to turn your paintbrush into an eraser. 

The most likely cause is that the image is too large or is an unsupported file type. As a workaround, please take a screenshot of the image and upload the screenshot version instead. If this doesn't resolve the issue, please send an email to support@bristles.ai and we'll help you! 

When you're resizing or moving assets like hardware around your canvas, there should not be a response delay. If you experience a delay, please completely exit out of the app and open it again to restart it. The app will respond more slowly if you're not connected to a fast, reliable internet source. Please reach out to support@bristles.ai if you need additional assistance. 

To access our zoom feature, pinch the screen with two fingers and it will zoom to enable you to paint or erase the teeniest of details. For a bigger screen, our power users like to download our app on their iPad or Android tablet. Works best in portrait orientation, not landscape. You just need one active Bristles account across all your mobile devices. 

The current version of Bristles cannot be used on laptop or desktop computers. A desktop/laptop version will be released in the future. All Bristles customers with active subscriptions will be able to access the desktop version once released with their current Bristles accounts. 

Tap on the gear at the top right, then "Account", then "Delete Account". Deleting your account cannot be reversed. Please proceed with caution as all of your projects and cut-outs will be permanently deleted.
